I am at the Centennial Job Corps center as we speak! It's a great program, I've learned leadership skills, I'm better at math than I've ever been before, and this place is finally helping me believe in myself for the first time in my life. I'm confident, and motivated. This place is full of opportunities! A lot of great people, amazing staff. And as long as you come with the, "I can do this, I can finish this!" attitude, it'll be even more worth it. Yes, there are some strict rules, but you've got to remember that this program is a free $26,000 scholarship!

I'm from NY & would like to attend Job Corps in Jacksonville. I have a son, how would I go about finding a daycare for him?

All of these questions would be better answered by contacting Job Corps and their staff. When you show interest in Job Corps they will have you meet for an orientation with their local recruiter. He/She will be able to answer all of your questions.

My mother worked there about 10 years ago. She always felt safe.
