Not necessarily, a person who is 22 can still have a summary which can be four lines of the skills he/she developed from past jobs and volunteer experience.

Most objectives seem to be written in the most egregious "resumespeak," and my eyes glaze over immediately. (I proof some people's resumes as a favor).
