So I answered that this position (accountant) had a busy time with some OT January-March. I said I think the person in this position has to keep that in mind when starting the position in September and needs to be well organized. I made a point saying that is not a deterrant at all to me not taking the job or making me nervous.

I really wish they'd stop it with that question, why don't HR managers understand that most people lie because anything negative would come off as attitude toward the previous employer. I had a thousand things I hated about my last position, but I'm not foolish enough to bring it up, maybe some people are.

"I hate nothing, I love working" lol.

I hate stupid questions, it's like ask me RELEVANT stuff, we all have things we don't like about a job!

How about this:

"I hate people..."

While I know there are some questions that are pretty far out there, this one seems pretty reasonable.

Good answer to what could be a tricky question. The purpose is to discern whether the tough parts of the job deters the applicant to the point where it could be a screen-out question. So I don't think it's a stupid question at all.

This garbage is an immediate DQ when I interview. The person who answers honestly always has a leg up.
