Three References from Same Company Or... (work, resume, full-time, supervisor)

I was tweaking my resume a bit and thought about changing my references. I have only worked for one company full-time that is relevant to my field. Right now I have two people from that company listed as references and a third from some community service I did for a separate company. However, I have not done community service for this company since 2010. I know someone else in from the company I work for who has been my supervisor and give me a great recommendation. However, I was worried it might look bad having all three references from the same company. What do you folks think? Thanks in advance for any help

It may raise a red flag but list whomever will speak most highly of you
