Nothing...you will probably be able to still get the bonus before you start the new job IF you are even offered the job. An interview isn't a job offer.
In my experience the interviewing process, the paperwork, testing, background checking, etc... takes over a month.
If it so happens that you must put in your notice at your old place before you get the bonus, will they withhold the bonus if they know you are leaving but will still be employed by them on that date?
Is the bonus amount so much that you wouldn't want the new job if it meant missing this bonus?
You contact the prospective employer and let them know you'd like to delay your interview because you want to get everything you can from your former employee before you leave. They'll never suspect you'd do the same thing to them. smh

If the bonus is for work they've already done, the old employer will probably pay it anyway. I like your last question though. It's really a matter of integrity. My philosophy is to always try to do the right thing regardless of what others do. If I got offered the job (and it benefitted me in the long run), I'd take the job and let the cards fall where they may with the bonus. Things have a way of working themselves out.

Close to $10k. And the job is a lateral move salary wise so..
I'm not sure if you live in the San Francisco area or not but it may be worth it to try looking if the Super Bowl needs team members or security guards. I did last year and honestly it was a fun experience. You pick your own schedule besides the big game (and maybe the Pro Bowl) and get to experience that. Sometimes they will keep you on after like they did with me and it becomes a weekend gig. It's also good paying that week. This year I'm actually getting paid to see Monster Jam because of taking this opportunity. They should still be looking as they bed nearly 3,000 additional staff for this huge event.
So there's your decision you have to make: Is the new job worth losing $10k over?
Better quality of life? Better hours? Better benefits? Cheaper benefits? Better stability? Better co-workers? Better WORK in general? Easier job? Harder job?
It's a complete career change. Same salary, need to take mass transit so it'll end up being a slight hit actually but with the long term potential of making more.
