Exactly. Spilled drinks, dirty shoes, crayons, lack of cleaning, and lots of other variables with people.

I have had several dogs in my life and they have never destroyed any property and I clean their feet in times like this when my yard is nothing but mud. All it takes is some simple training and most dogs will never cause a problem.

One of the funnier things is that if they do allow dogs, it is the little ones like Yorkies and small dogs are generally more destructive along with their smaller bladders and smaller intestines where they cannot hold their waste as long.

Thankfully I've never had a problem finding aplace who'll accept our dogs, but it certainly does require some extra legwork!

And I stay away from carpeted places like the plague. One of mine seems to think carpet = grass. EEK.

hello I am trying to find a place in Kansas that both takes section 8 and allows pits. Does anyone have any clue as to where I would accomplish this?! If so please let me know asap! my lease is up very soon and I currently live out of state!.
