Has anybody heard of or lived in Country Creek Townhomes. They have a Kansas City MO address (which we need) but are in the Lee's Summit school district. They are located by Unity Village. We are looking to move to either these or Timberlakes at Redbridge apartments. The cost will be about the same. I have had good feedback and know people that have lived at Timberlakes so I think we will be happy there, but they are a lot smaller compared to these townhomes and the the townhouses have attached garages. Apartments have carports. I can't find reviews on the townhomes ANYWHERE on the internet which makes me a little nervous and the phone number to call them was almost impossible to find.

Yes, I currently live in one of the townhomes. They are spacious and very nice inside. They are still fairly new. It has one attached garage with a driveway....not much street parking if that is what you are looking for. Most of the townhomes are owned by the realty company but some are privately owned and thus rented out individually. It's worth taking a look in person to see if it suits your needs.
