I'm a lifelong resident of KCMO - I am house-hunting and finalizing pre-approval. I want to find a buyer's agent with some knowledge of South KCMO (from the Center School District to Belton) - can anyone recommend someone they had a good working relationship with?

I used to sell real estate for Nichols back in 1998...I becaame friends with Chuck Etem of Prudential on the Plaza...He lives in south Kansas city, he knows the area, and more importantly he is as honest as the day is long...no I dont sell real estate anymore...One thing t hat always impressed me about Chuck , if he says he will be there at 3pm, he is there at 2.:55...
