Default kansas taxes
I can not get my head around the taxes in kansas, are the politicans complete idiots? The taxes in andover, wichita and el dorado are twice as much as missouri and arkansas or oklahoma.
Do they think they can draw people with high taxes and offer nothing? the next slump and there is always a next slump in the air industry, they will scream bloody murder, they should take note of michigan and what happens when you put all your eggs in one basket.

which state did you live in before?
I was complaining about Kansas tax when I was living there.
Now, I'm in CT.... heck, the taxes in Kansas is nothing.

We moved to Wichita last August from Dallas,Texas. Yes the taxes do indeed suck. State Income Tax and sales taxes here (Wichita) make it hard to understand why lots of semi-expensive homes are being built. We've got 14 months left and we're gone. Going to find a state where you only get hit w/ one set of taxes.
