WKU Student Looking for a Church? (Bowling Green: college, live, activities)

I will be attending WKU this fall in Bowling Green. I'm looking for a church that I would be able to go to while I am attending WKU.

First of all, I have never gone to church, but I am looking to start (I'm a Christian by the way). I'm just looking for a good church to go to for someone who is a college student, perhaps a church that students attend (but not a requirement,). I really don't know much at all about religion or being a Christian but I would like to learn. I'm not going to jump in and start learning, but I would like to find a church, go there and maybe slowly start doing some other activities with the church and make some friends at the same time.

I'm just trying to find a church that would be good for a college student and would be welcoming and easy to make some friends (since I know absolutely no one going to WKU). Thanks!!

I think that you should look at the various campus ministries that are around the WKU campus. They tend to attract a lot of students, offer many activities, and are more geared toward students.

Being a Church of Christ goer, I'm gonna have to recommend you to a fantastic church with a wonderful preacher. Mount Pleasant Church of Christ, right in Bowling Green.

Mt Pleasant Church of Christ

Tom Hall is the preacher, and he is awesome. You can talk to him about anything.
