I will be retiring in July 10 and currently live and work in TN. Everything being equal, I would stay here and be 6 hours from Cincinnati, but "Grandma" has a different opnion. I have looked at tax rates until I am totally confused, so I will ask this question for the opinions of others:

What's your budget? I know of a perfect home 45 minutes to downtown Cincy. It has every amenity including high speed wireless internet via Verizon. Priced under 300k!
