hey there. we are moving to versailles from the seattle area in 3 wks and still have not found a place. one ad says 'arbor townhomes' are brand new and affordable, but when i called they said they were in the charmac neighborhood. one person from this site told me that was not a nice neighborhood. i would like to have other opinions before crossing off the only place on our list. and also to know if any other neighborhoods or rental properties to avoid. if you are writing from versailles and see anything posted, please let us know....we are getting nervous. we are looking for a large 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom. thanks so much for your time.

They began building Arbor Place Townhomes in 2006. There are lovely 2 and 3 bdrm townhomes. This is a nice neighborhood that I feel comfortable traveling, shopping and walking the trails and visiting the local parks. There are pictures online of the inside and outside of the townhomes. They are on craigslist and other sites.
