Hey ya'll. My boyfriend and I are transferring from Chattanooga to Johnson City so he can go to pharmacy school. He was in charge of finding a place, but he is a HUGE procrasinator and, three weeks before we have to move, we STILL don't have a place. Needless to say, I am now in charge of finding an apartment. To make it more difficult, we have a dog, and many places do not allow pets. We have found a few open rooms at places such as Homestead properties, matson village, brandy mills, and maybe miller crest. I can not find any information about these apartments, and I was wondering how nice they were. Also, information on any other apartments would be SOOO helpful.

I rent from Homestead, in their Willow Creek apartments. They are nice, about as nice as you are going to find here. The Willow Creek units are on Seminole Drive minutes from ETSU, just down the road from the Campus Ridge apartments. Fairly quiet, depending on your neighbors. The maintenance is good and responsive, and the staff is friendly. I think all their other units are on Cherokee Road, which is still pretty close to ETSU if you cut down the side road at the closest gas station. They take pets for an extra pet deposit ($300 I think).

I rent from homestead also and Im in the cherokee rd apts. I ws going to look for another place cuz my roomate was moving out but after wasting two days and driving ALL OVER town I found nothing. I do know that homestead has a few apts left off of cherokee rd and possibly one other 2br on one of the other properties. And the office girls are really nice,
