Hi guys, I know of a few low-level jobs here in JC and possibly one decent full-time position. Nothing grand here and if you have a degree, move on but if anyone's interested, shoot me a dm.

Default Wow, that bad? I was wanting to relocate, but I need a good job

yeah, but where are most of the jobs for people who still want to live in the Johnson City area? commute okay.

jobs I need: CDL skill, driving, writing, general sales, warehouse (full time) along with getting an easy PT job (store, office, airport job or Car porter, car cleaner).

Thanks in advance.

There's usually several warehouse and general sales (commission-based) jobs on Craigslist. I'd check that out and also moniter the Johnson City Press and Kingsport Times-News job databases. Those seem to be the primary sources for work here.

Oh, I forgot - check out bettertcjobs.com too!

Don't forget usajobs.gov, while it is hard to get on at the VA, they pay well for this area and have decent benefits.

I heard a rumor that a local manufacturing plant will be hiring back a second shift after cutting it out mid last year when everything hit the fan. If it happens, good sign! I'll get more details out when I find them.
