Hi everyone!

I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. I have a quick question to ask. I am checking out houses around the west knoxville area and I wanted to find out some information regarding two areas I would like to consider in the future. I recently looked at Lake Ridge and Village of Roefield S/D. Does anyone know anything good or bad about these two areas? How are resale values in these areas?

Thanks a million!

Lake Ridge is older with better yards and I think, a better overall resale value. Village at Roefield contains cookie-cutter builder boxes.

I grew up in Lakeridge and still like it. Nice without being pretentious. Big yards.

Is Lake Ridge quiet? We're looking at a place that seems awfully close to the parkway. Other than that, it's love at first (virtual) sight.

Lakeridge is fairly quiet, and several types and choices and prices. I showed a foreclosure last week, but has a wet basement, needs lots of b dry and most the homes in there are in great shape. Stay away from the Log cabin style, and be sure and use a good home inspector. Good luck, and you will be my neighbor.

Thanks, Bob. We're visiting this coming week to look at a few places.

I totally agree about the home inspector - the buyer's best friend.
