So, this is it... moving to Pigeon Forge! I'm leaving Sunday, and staying at motel 6 my first week... its a bit steep though, so if anyone knows of any extended stays,or hotels that will work with me, in or around Pigeon Forge, I would greatly appreciate the info! Please keep in mind I have a 50lb dog too(which is why I went with motel 6). I have a rental lined up mid-july, but am stuck till then!! ANY advice appreciated! Thank you!

Hard to find hotels with weekly rates. Under property type, select "vacation rentals", don't know if any of these are cheaper than Motel 6. They had nothing under "long term apartments."

No kids, what!!? My mom said she saw a dog there once....they must have changed things.

This one says pet friendly -
Candlewood Suites Knoxville Airport-Alcoa - Alcoa, Tennessee

Royal Extended Stay on Alcoa Hwy does not allow pets.

This company says they are pet friendly, but their only 2 locations are in west Knoxville.

Maybe try a vacation rental for 5 weeks in an area that isn't as popular to get a better rate.

Try a campground that rents cabins too. I am not sure of the pet policy but Ripplin Waters Campground in Sevierville isn't too busy sometimes and they have a couple cabins for rent. Maybe try Eagle's Nest in Pigeon Forge as well.
