Does anyone on this forum know much about the Oak Ridge plant of B & W? I work at the one in Barberton, Ohio and would like to see about getting work at the one in TN.

B & W? Do you mean Bechtel and Jacobs?

I figured out the mystery. I don't think there is a plant per se. It's Babcock and Wilcox and they may have a division inside ORNL.

That is probably it, Hik. They have a couple regional offices listed there in OR, one at the Savannah River Plant in SC, too.

Default B & W

Babcock and Wilcox have 2 facilities in Oak Ridge. One is at Y-12 and I'm not sure what the purpose is, but their website is very informative.

The other is called B & W Clinch River, formally BWXT. They are now in the old Boeing plant and their largest project is the american certifuge.
