It's the Maple Lane Farms Strawberry Jam Festival in Greenback, TN, just south of Maryville. Info on it here from the Maryville Times:
The festival that almost didn’t happen: Maple Lane Farms gears up for Strawberry Jam Festival
The best way to find out what's going on is in Metro Pulse. It's free and published on Thursdays. Grab a copy and browse through the ads and listings.
The Friday News Sentinel also has an entertainment section.

Interesting reading. Transplant complains about festival that's been taking place before she moved there. Big surprise.

The solution seems obvious to me. Put her on a float and crown Miss Velda, Queen of the Strawberry Jam Festival.

Seems that the 80-year-old Miss Velda done ticked off the locals.

I myself am going to the Barbecue Festival and see Marty Stuart perform and also watch the Dolly Parton Vocal Competition, should be a beautiful day for it so I'm looking forward to it. Next Sat going to the Grand Opening of the Ogles Furiture Warehouse and see the Stamps and the Blackwoods sing and look for a new couch. Also going to Dollywood in the next week or so and see her new country show. Sounds like I have a lot to do to keep me plenty busy.
