Default Oh the Disappointment! Litton's is closed! (for vacation)

We are coming to the Smokies next week, and we were going to stop in Knoxville to have a piece of Red Velvet Cake at Litton's. I read about how good it is here on the forum. I found their website, and they are closed through July 9th.

We are leaving on the 10th, so maybe we can swing back by on the way home.

Any other good recommendations of where to eat in Knoxville?

Thanks.

I suggest eating at Gunthor's Galley in East Town Mall. You will not be dissappointed in the food.
Enjoy your visit,
Pam

If you still want to check out Fountain City then I recommend the Creamery Park Grille. It's local and charming. Directly across the street is The Fountain City Park. Just lovely.

I suggest the Seven-Layer Salad and the Southern Fudge Pie!

Welcome

That menu looks good! Is Fountain City another name for Knoxville?

Thanks!

I'm sorry! I didn't mean to scare you.

I would have edited the title of the thread when I saw your post, but someone had already done that. It seems to me that the proper thing to do would have been to ask me to edit it rather than to just do it. Did an administrator do that?!?

Just part of the service we offer.

From the TOS: Thread titles should be descriptive. Vague titles may be changed to match the content of the thread.

and also members can only edit their threads, including the title, for approximately 40 minutes after posting. After that only a Moderator can edit a post.

Hope that helps!

Fountain City is one of the oldest suburbs in Knoxville. It is in the northern section.
