Trails West or Encantada retirement communities in Las Cruces? (rent, home)

Anybody live in either of these manufactured home communities? How is it to live there? Is the lot rent worth the ammenities? I have a 25 lb Welch Corgi dog and would like a small yard for her to lay out when I go outside. Are the lots big enough to allow room for a small back yard? We love the idea of the planned activities, the pool and hot tub, but were wondering if anyone reading these threads could give me any first hand experiences with either of these communities. Thanks.
