With all the rain this week, I took a short hike to the waterfall in Soledad Canyon. It was flowing nicely today. Our little point and click camera does not do a great job but perhaps others can get a flavor of the water flow from this video.
The video starts at the foot of the waterfall and shows a few areas as I walked back out. Several of the stream crossings were interesting, hard to maintain footing due to the strong flow when picking up a foot to move to the next spot. I had to try to feel out the bottom to find a stable place to place each foot but the water wanted to move my foot around a bit too much so I could not be certain where it was going to land.
