I’m curious to see if anyone on this forum is investing in Las Vegas real estate particularly condo’s or lofts , I’ve purchased a few condos and I’m in the process of buying a few more in Las Vegas. I really like the southwest side of the city. I’d really like to get into a loft style building (cement floors, open ceilings, etc ) but I haven’t found a solid building/developer yet. I really like some of the buildings downtown but it’s still overwhelming and dicey with a couple of the buildings in limbo of going into foreclosure. Anyone have any insight, experiences?
I’m particularly interested in the following buildings
Loft 5
New Port Lofts
Soho Lofts
Juhl Lofts
I know there’s a bunch more out there but these seem to be the ones that I can find the most information on.

What would you like to know? In general Loft 5 and Juhl have given up and gone to leasing.

Newport and Soho are vibrant and going and make no sense as an investment unless you are a long term player with foresight that they will come charging back in the long term future.

there are a few tracts...the Christopher one in Summerlin and a couple of others. Their economics are more like relatively high HOA sfrs. I don't believe they will carry themselves under normal parameters.

The margins are in smaller condos and such.
