except the beach would be 2000 feet below you....depending on how much the ocean rose....like to see the cliff divers in Acapulco cover THAT dive.

You'd have some of the 30 million CA people in your hospitals and military bases trying to hang onto their lives.
Many of CA's illegals would become your problem.

Down the road, many would buy homes here and that would make some prices go up maybe.

Nothing much. Maybe a short term increase in residents, but nothing significant. Maybe some more businesses would think about backup offices in LV, but few would move. The damage would be more economic shock than long-term loss of use of infrastructure.

That question has been debated for about 100 years. I think it's the reason they put a town here in the first place.

That phrase is a common phrase, wonder what the actual feasibility is of an entire 'state' falling into the ocean. I'll say almost 'zero'

Didn't really thought about this one. If Cali ever went down, LV would follow.
