You should be able to smoke a pipe in all of the casinos and many of the bars. The smoking ban allows smoking (pipes and cigars included) in any place that serves alcohol and does not allow minors. You may find some bars that do not allow pipes by their own choice but the law would allow them.

I will have to disagree. I have seen many signs that say no pipe or cigar smoking.

Smoking is allowed in all the major casinos and some of the small mom and pop bars. The recent anti smoking laws only have to do with bars that serve food. And, if they can partition the food area from the smoking area, it's allowed. More places in Vegas allow smoking than not.
