If you have the insurance at one property and then go to another unionized property, does the insurance carry over immediately or do you have to work another 360 hours to get it?

Drop the union, buy your own insurance and then you won't have to worry about it.

No, the funds for the insurance comes from your employer, not the union.

So in other words if I was in the union at Caesars and went to mirage, no waiting period?
