How can I get a copy of a sign in sheet on a certain day? JobConnect has been no help whatsoever...

Make a public records request under whatever the Nevada state statute is on public records. If you can request subpoenas in an unemployment hearing (I'm thinking about your other thread, and I don't know what the Nevada regs are, but this may not be permitted) ask the judge (in advance, in writing, to subpoena the record). If there are any witnesses to her being there (with first hand knowledge) you may have to go with that.

You mean to tell me that a self-professed geek doesn't know how to use the Internet to find the answer to a simple question?

What sign in sheet are you referring to? Most of the sign in sheets are simply for keeping track of who is next for something, like a computer, or to talk to a representative. It's sort of like waiting for a table in a restaurant. There is really no need to keep those lists from one day to the next, and they are used at the discretion of the office you went to.

(And thank you for spelling JobConnect correctly)

I need something to prove my wife was there. I don't think a picture of a gps screen will work

Just chill dude. She'll have a chance to explain. But let her do the talking. You'll just muddy up the waters.
