What kind of queston is that? Do you think Nevada is a foreign country, or that a city of nearly 2 million people wouldn't have credit unions? Jeez! Of course, we have several credit unions.

That said, I've been with Nevada Federal for probably 25 years. I wouldn't bank anyplace else...especially with a bank.

I have always been treated like a high roller -so to speak- with them and even if I move away from here I plan to continue doing business with them.

No dentists...none of us losers, Mafiosos, drug dealers, low life gamblers, and hookers, have any teeth anyway. Except this guy...

...and them are HORSE TEETH! (I'm glad you picked up on the facetious questioning. What is the OP thinking LV is...that old cowboy saloon town in the b&w movies???? And to think, she's already made up her mind to move there next year! )

Yep already made up my mind and oh so happy that certain people DON'T actually live there just take the time out of their eventful (or... not) lives to be so helpful to others!! Yeah... not so much!

What strange thoughts you have. Why would I be close to other RE Agents? They are my competition. I am civil and polite...but good friends? I don't think so. There are a couple of chaming people who my wife and partner is fond of...but aside from realtor things we don't associate with them either.

One of the guys I am fond of was the security who stood at the bottom of the tower when the two scientist climbed it to figure out why that ABomb did not go off. Can you imagine standing a 100 feet away while the trouble shooters try to fix a busted A Bomb? Another moved to LV 50 years ago to get married and ended up in charge of securtiy at the test site.

Another is a retired RE Broker from Palo Alto in CA. Sold her family place in PA for more money than I have made in the last 20 years. Nice lady though.

Another builds custom homes with stained concrete floors and concrete counters. Gets an amazing amount of money for "folk art".

Another is the liason to a local politico. Does more practical good than anyone else in the area.

Another is a local pest control guy. Came out of Jersey and needed something to do to avoid being retired.

Another is a retired cop from Boston who still owns a nice place back there.

Another is a postman who owns a whole lot of stuff.

Another is the widow of a tilelayer who took a piece of property in payment for a job 30 years ago. Turned out to be a good piece of dirt.

Another is an AC tech who has joined the operating management of a major Casino and is doing great at it.

Another is a school teacher who lost her husband, got religion and did a Brady bunch marriage. We stay friends though they are a little to close to God for our tastes.

And so forth...

Las Vegas is what you make of it.
