Got the final conformation today our purchase of a townhouse in 89121 is complete. I first want to thank everyone on the Form for the advise they passed on and the tolerance of my many questions. I started this process 2 years ago searching for a retirement city. It will be in October before we move out to LV. I just want to make sure everyone who comments on the moving to LV questions your opinion does count and does assist people making choices so brace yourself another one from the east coast is hitching up the wagon and heading west.

Congrats... I've noticed that every time someone buys a new home, they end up making a dozen trips to Home Depot/Lowe's... even if the home is a new construction. Make sure you budget for the "fun" stuff that you want to buy to personalize your new place.

So exciting "neighbor"! Glad everything finally went through. Funny how logline mentioned all those trips to Lowes/Home Depot...LOL I just opened my Mastercard bill from when we were down there last and lo and behold all those trips to Home Depot buying mats, a/c funace filters, litter baskets, small plumbing and electrical parts, etc. are all on there :-) Hope to finally meet you guys in October when we're down from the 9th to the 18th.
