I am glad I have a cool roommate who I am renting a room from. It is downright hot outside, and we now have the AC set at 72 degrees. (because of my insistent begging. I can be as bad as a woman if I want to be) Have you turned your AC on yet if you live here?

It has been warm, but we haven't turned ours on yet. This is for the same reason we did not turn on the heat in the winter -- trying to save our pennies! But once the temperature climbs a little more, we'll fire up the AC!

It's alittle warm right now. Nothing that a cold beer and sitting in front of a box fan wont cure.

Window and doors open, no AC yet. Holding off as long as I can, that electric bill is the worst!

I am not kidding at all. I have been renting rooms out here for the last four years I have lived in Vegas, so I do have a vested interested in this. I have literally gotten in fist fights with my roommates over this. It got unbearable (to me) last week when it hit 82. If it is 82 outside it is 92 INSIDE!!! When I used to have a house or apartment in Phoenix I had the AC set at 72 degrees. I can handle 110 outside
(for a short time), but I need it to be nice and cool in the house.

Don't have mine on yet either. I save it for late May, when it finally starts getting hot. If i set my A/C at 72 inside, I would freeze to death. When I do turn it on, it will be at 84. Ceiling fans and lots of oscillating floor fans along with it.

Ceiling fans and open windows. I'll wait til it hits 90.

Turned it on a couple days ago. Our home office is on the 2nd floor, with lots of equipment and two bodies generating heat, so it's consistently much warmer in there. Once the office approaches 80, the air goes on.
