My main requirements are:

1) Furnished
2) Garage parking
3) Gym
Optional: gated preferred.

My Price Range $500-$1500 for studio or 1BR.

That's it. I'm not asking for much. If you have a personal experience with the property that would be amazing and so appreciated!

P.S. I'm aware of Meridian Condos on Koval - don't really dig em.

Is there a reason why you don't dig the meridian condos?

Units seem pretty small, also poorly lit.

They're on E Harmon between Las Vegas Blvd and Paradise. Sorry don't remember the names but there's a bunch. Not sure if Emerald Suites is on E Harmon but it's pretty bad and it's in the area.

I don't know why you'd want to go east. 10 Minutes south of the strip is much better.

South Strip. I posted this before. Look up Park Avenue, Manhattan (yes, someone has an NYC fetish), maybe Boca Raton (someone also has a FL fetish), Loft 5.

Just the other side of the airport, heading toward South Point casino. You can easily be at mid strip in 10 minutes.
