I would park at the M resort and take a cab....call me!

There's a free lot across from Main St Station.

Main Street Station is part of the Boyd Gaming group, which uses the B Connected players card. Station Casinos' Boarding Pass won't work there.

And no, you don't need a players card to get the parking fee back. You pay $3 at the gate, the guard hands you a ticket and you take the ticket inside to the cashier, who gives you your $3 back.

I valet at the D every time. They ask if I'm checking in, and I say that I'm not, and there has never been a problem. Tip him a few bucks when I leave and all's well.

I usually park at 4 queens and get my ticket validated at the cage. Works pretty well.

Exactly. I always valet when I go downtown, usually at GN or Main St. Station. I don't understand why people want to bother with the whole self park - get a ticket - walk through casino-get it stamped-get a few hours of free parking routine. Just pull into the valet, give the valet your keys, and you're done. No need to check your watch because you can stay as long as you want.

And I especially don't understand people wanting to self park at Main st. Station since the valet is so much more convenient than the regular parking lot a block or so away.

Because many people need to pinch every penny. They may not be as well off as you. A few bucks can mean a lot to a large (and growing) number of people.

Just another sign of America's growing wealth gap.

If they're THAT tight maybe they should skip the vacation and save up to move and or change careers!

Oh give me a f'n break with the wealth gap. We're talking about free valet parking. And don't try to tell me that tipping the valet is going to make a difference to people who are going to Fremont to gamble/drink/etc. anyway.

+100

I love hearing about guys dropping $1,200 on strippers but can't afford to tip the driver who got them home safe!
