My aunt rents a place near Summerlin in 89128 for 800 per month. Cute place. Walkable neighborhood, next to a park. Close to Whole Foods and decent restaurants. I think she used a real estate person to find it. It's a rental condo.

It is in Henderson, a suburb of Las Vegas. I live 1.2 miles from the Green Valley Ranch Casino. I can be at airport pickup in about 12 minutes, Mandalay Bay in about 15, Fremont St. in about 20. I like it, as we go on excursions to Arizona and California on a regular basis. We're 30 minutes from Primm, and about 20-25 from the Hoover Dam. It's pretty convenient for our needs.

That is a fair enough statement but just FYI you can most likely rent a single family home in that price range with a HOA that includes a clubhouse with gym, pool, tennis ect.
