it is the duty of the police to enforce the law and arrest trespassers. if the police decide that they will not do so because it's too confusing or too hard, then they give the home owner no other choice but to exercise the powers that belong to the People when the state fails to act.

Police aren't judges. Thank god they aren't. Police officers mostly get it that they are not judge, jury and executioner. Mostly. And in the limited exceptions that they don't get it, innocent people die.

It's not "confusing" or "hard", it's called lack of probable cause to arrest for trespassing.

My wife finally managed to get some info from the court hearings and printed it up last night.
I'll post about it later when I have some time to sit down for a few minutes.

Breaking and entering doesn't require a 3 day notice. Hopefully, they can shut the water and electric off. A hot box is no fun.

temporarily, couldn't they go to the power box and flip the switch off.... and then lock it... im sure a padlock would make it a little bit of a pain...
