I am planning on buying a house to be build in Tuscany Village, Henderson. We were there this summer and I was impressed with the model homes and the whole setting in general. Particularly liked the Roma series single story homes.
Any comments, advise etc from current residents would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Welcome to the neighborhood. I have owned a home in Tuscany for four years. The rec center, pool, and golf course are great ammentites. The greenbelts and walking paths and new Tuscany Park are great too.

I have always found the neighborhood private and quiet. The biggest issue is a barking dog in the morning or people that drive too fast. But that is really it. HOA dues haven't changed in years, which is also nice. Can't comment on Dunhill as my home was built by Rhodes.

Anyone who tells you that there are no airplanes, or they are not loud, is lying to you.

It depends on the person. It doesn't bother me

I'm going to have to look into this neighborhood a little more. I've been thinking of moving out there for a while now. My friend is trying to get me to start a business with him but I'm not really sure if I want to. It's a big undertaking to start a business. It's possible to get it up and going and have it grow pretty quickly, but it requires more time than I can give.
