Winning an argument with a stupid person is extremely difficult
Winning an argument with a know-it-all is impossible

Not sure if this is considered Southeast, but was in Washington, D.C. area for a convention a few months back and saw the MGM logo on a big hotel/casino construction site just outside of the city proper. Fits in with the Disney-esque National Harbor development around it, but that whole planned neighborhood is nothing like the rest of D.C.

Funny Disney pulled out and many said it was because the casino was coming. MGM will end up spending over $1 billion on that project

Usually corporations keep things quiet until they push the plunger and blow the thing up. I remember days before the Desert Inn closed they were touching up paint inside.
