While I like that area of Henderson, the run of Charleston between the beltway and Rampart has a lot of the same feel.

Well, the house on my street that is similar to ours(mirror floor plan) but not upgraded and has a smaller lot just sold for about 80k more than what we paid for our home.

Zillow has been all over the place for my neiborhood since late last year. I figured the best source to evaluate the current market(at least for my neighborhood) would be to look at the most recent homes that sold, in real time. Plus, I don't think Zillow can keep up with the current market.
There are two more homes for sale in my neighborhood for ridiculous prices right now also. Let's see what happens.

BUT, after spending a few weekends accompanying family on new home scouting trips around the valley, from what I witnessed, new homes seem to be selling in a big way. There were so many people going in and out of, and IN the sales center of one of the new communities, we had to wait a few minutes outside just to get in the door! And those homes were in the high 300,000's for just the basic house! And those small, small lots.
All I can say is if they are building them on those 3500 sq ft parcels, they can keep them. Absolutely horrible idea IMO, but, they are selling that way and most people don't seem to care that you can literally reach out and touch someone, lol.
