I'm not a fan of ANY of the buffets, to be honest. They are not cheap!
You will want to check out the Bellagio fountains! There is an outdoor restaurant across the street at Paris..it's got good food, and a great view of the fountains!

No car so Strip or Uber-able suggestions.

There is a bus called the Deuce that goes up and down the Strip and to Fremont street all day long. You can buy a 24hr pass for under $10. Ride out to Fremont, walk around and see what there is to see, then take the bus back to the Strip. You can get on and off as many times as you like.

Just ask at your hotel for the closest place to get the pass. Have fun!

Caesar's Palace Bacchanal Buffet is the best, IMHO. Very good food and every possible type of food you could possibly want. You can also get unlimited booze if you want.

Ride the High Roller. It's best at night. We take the bar car and it's unlimited booze for the half hour you are on it.

Check out the Mob Museum downtown. It's really cool.

Go to the Fremont Street Experience tonight and enjoy the sights, live bands, dancers, entertainers, cheap booze, people watching, etc.

If I were there, I'd want to place flowers at the VegasStrong memorial, if there is one.

Great ideas, but unfortunately I have to work tonight so no Freemont Experience for me... I walked the strip today from The Mirage to Tropicana. Yes, there's a huge memorial set up on the strip just south Of Mandalay Bay. It was sad and surreal passing by that area en route to the Mirage. Planning to stop at the memorial tomorrow and will also check out the other things you mentioned. Mob museum sounds cool, thanks!

I'll second Aria, especially if you like King Crab.
