Update: I've started one and have made it a sticky so that it's always at the top of the forum.
FYI: There is a state-wide PHOTO thread in the Nevada state forum for pix taken outside of the LV area.

A horrified Nevada mom discovered her son’s decapitated body after he was allegedly murdered by his girlfriend — who is also married to his own son, according to cops.

Johnathan James Willette, 47, was discovered “wrapped in blankets and bloody” by his mother on a bed at a home in Henderson on the morning of August 7, the Las Vegas Review-Journal stated, citing an arrest report.

Saw the story tonight on Inside Edition, people standing in line to check in as desk clerks had to manually transcribe credit card numbers so they enter them later, slots out of order, room locks not working; what a mess. In addition to the MGM set of properties, the hacker group did it to Caesar's, demanding $30M to unlock things and Caesar's agreed to pay $15M. "The FBI is investigating."

isn't it easier to outlaw panhandling instead of "no stopping"?

Panhandling is too narrow a term and would apply only to a very small set of pedestrians. Terms like 'stopping' or 'standing' or 'loitering' would apply to everyone. For whatever reason they don't want people hanging around on those bridges; I suspect they're fearful of standees committing violations of some sort.
