Can any locals tell me if construction has started on the Green Valley Lofts? Their website is Welcome to Green Valley Lofts, and the location is on the corner of N. Green Valley Pkwy and Ramrod.

I don't live in the area so can't drive by myself and I've called and left VM and written emails but so far haven't heard back from the company. Maybe the whole project has gone up in smoke?

Appreciate if someone is familiar with the area if they could let me know, thanks.

that really isn't in Green Valley, it is like when people say that Boca Park is in Summerlin, which it isn't...

actually, this is the first time i have heard about the project, but i am scared for the retail portion, i don't think that will do well, that section of sunset and green valley parkway has been losing retailers like crazy over the past couple of years...

Just look at the Green Valley Town Center and the shopping center across the street with the Trader Joe's...so many things in that area have changed and gone out of business in recent years...

According to this link it has not. The link was updated in June. I cannot find any updates from the developer or the local media.

I don't think construction is started. I drive down GV parkway as it turns west (and into Patrick) and I can't say I have remembered any construciton there.

Will do - with my sisters wedding this weekend and tons of people coming into town for it I think I'll be headed to the airport once or twice... I guess I could route that way...

I just moved from an apartment in the area to my house. It appears construction has started there.

Thanks all for the replies - does anyone have any updated info on this or pricing?

The phone number on the website doesn't connect, maybe that's a good indication to take my money and run or maybe they've just put everything on hold...

Sorry Aqua Bliss... I forgot to check when I was at Trader Joes the other day... My bad... I'll probably be back at TJ before the end of the week and try to remember this time.
