I lived in a house in the hills for 8 months and in that short time 3 cars were broken into and property taken out of them, also there was incident on the fourth of july where a live firework was thrown over the backyard wall, the owner did not report it as to keep the crime rate percentages down and the homeowners insurance. The values of the homes from the mid ninety's when built have decreased to 1/3 of what people paid for them at that time so I personally think that the hills community is going down the tubes quickly, you might want to look at the south end of vegas by the mountains much better.

There is also a lot of transients being rented rooms in some of the homes in the hills, I know of several homes that rent out as many as 3 bedrooms to perfect strangers from out of town without running background checks so this creates a lot of disturbing people in the area.

3 cars broken into would indicate the neighborhood likely had at least one teenager.

To whom would one report a live firework thrown over the wall? YOu dont really think the Police would take such a report do you? On the fourth of July?

You should turn them in to the HOA or to Clark County for not collecting the room tax. Do you not understand your civic duty?
