Thanks MomMom, we are SOOOO looking forward to it!!!!

We booked 8 months before and use Virgin America out of JFK. Best fare was $248 one way. That was for June. Return trip in August is already up to $268.

Don't care, would pay double or drive or walk if I had to!!!!!

Since Aqua's homeless, won't he need an address and phone number for them to contact him? Among other things.

I have no problem letting him use my phone number and address if needed. I do not like him being on the street.

He seems to not mind it. I told him his sister was searching for him and he doesn't want to go back there. He seems to think she will make him live on the patio.

You have a generous soul...one of your good qualities that I admire.

I may be goin out on a limb here but I was homeless for a short time when I was 18, so I know what aqua is going through, but I'd like to put aqua up in a budget or siegel suites just for a week so he has a place to ssleep

I want to help.aqua because when I was homeless nobody helped or cared, I feel almost obligated to help

That's admirable, Davie! If it were only a week he needed, that would be great. But what about the week after that?

Do you (or LVD) think that you are a stronger person because you had to pull yourself up and get it together YOURSELF or do you think it made you bitter, angry and a weaker person? Think about that.

I say, if you are willing to spend the money for a week somewhere...you get a bus ticket to a state that has better employment opps. Like N. Dakota or Oklahoma. With no family (seems as far as he is concerned) and limited friends, what is there to lose? Just a thought.

I don't like to see anyone homeless or hungry and I certainly hope the situation never presents itself to me, but I would like to hope that I would find a way to at least compensate those who would be willing to help me, whether it is a service or money.

I am rooting for Aqua, just as I did for you and I do for LVD.

I had been homeless multiple times as a child as well kimba, due to my parents inability to hold steady jobs

While I do harbor some resentment towards the wealthy, and for being tormented throughout my school life for being poor, it made me stronger in the sense that I cannot depend on others in times of need, I gotta do whatever it takes to take care of myself because I know that I'm going to be somebody one day and NOBODY is going to stop me

As for aqua, if I could assist further I would, I have always wanted to help those in need and now I have the means to do so
