I won't even tell you how many interviews I've gone on (at the SAME location). Don't get me wrong I'm so very very very thankful that I'm at least getting interviews because some aren't even getting that. However I wonder do employers not understand that you are already out of work so coming back to the same place for 2-3 interviews when gas is $3 a gallon HURTS!! Especially when you don't get the job.
Please don't misunderstand me I thank God that I'm even getting call backs. I don't want that to be misunderstood or get slammed for "complaining". I'm just saying if we meet you like me I fit job description WHY won't you hire me?? I can understand the 2nd interview you want me to meet some other people in the office, HR and a few others
..... Then they seem to like me too and that interview goes well (I think) at that point just HIRE ME!! LOL For the love of God PLEASE just hire me!! Then I gotta come back AGAIN for a 3rd interview to meet some more people?? Seriously I'm coming back with my personal items and asking where's my desk!! LOL
Before anyone asks NO I'm not interviewing to be the CEO at any of these places!! LOL
It is REALLY an "employers market" right now. I'm sure they are getting tons of resumes and it's probably very difficult to choose the best one.
However, sometimes you just need to go with your "gut". Yeah I know... I haven't been that "gut" several times! LOL
Either way it goes I feel blessed to be getting the calls but I REALLY want someone to just hire me!!
Woooooweee now that I've gotten that out BACK to sending out resumes and going on interviews!! To all my fellow job hunters FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT!! We WILL prevail!! LOL

Are you interviewing at a casino? I believe 3 interviews is the SOP at most casinos, regardless of emloyer or employee market.

Usually it goes once with HR or whoever they use to screen you with, once with the hiring manager and then once with his or her boss and your potential associates. Nothing unusual about three interviews, but the best way to look at it is if you get the third they really have it down to you and probably one or at most two other people. Those who aren't doing the hiring hate wasting their time reviewing candidates for someone else.

Please don't misunderstand me I thank God that I'm even getting call backs. I don't want that to be misunderstood or get slammed for "complaining". I'm just saying if we meet you like me I fit job description WHY won't you hire me?? I can understand the 2nd interview you want me to meet some other people in the office, HR and a few others
..... Then they seem to like me too and that interview goes well (I think) at that point just HIRE ME!! LOL For the love of God PLEASE just hire me!! Then I gotta come back AGAIN for a 3rd interview to meet some more people?? Seriously I'm coming back with my personal items and asking where's my desk!! LOL 
However, sometimes you just need to go with your "gut". Yeah I know... I haven't been that "gut" several times! LOL
