The border patrol has checkpoint on one of the major interstates in NH, around 100 miles from the border. Always causes alot of controversy. All of Cape Cod would be within their enforcement area. Many major cities also. And I guess the courts have been lenient in letting the border patrol do what they want. The ACLU has a page about your rights with the border patrol. Google it.
The ACLU is a disgusting organization designed to break down America. They have no credibility. Just one big affirmative action movement.
Well you may not like them but people have a right to know what their rights are when stopped by the border patrol at one of these checkpoints. Esp since they are profiling and they dont appear to harass white people as much as any other color. Bout time people start standing up to them.
Link didn't work and sent me into some spam worm hole.
But anyways border patrol extends right to search and verify citizenship within a hundred miles of ports of entry per government regulation. If you have been to Texas or California, it's actually quite common in the border area on interstate highways. Not sure how DC or PA factors into this, it may be related to shipping ports.
These are not unconstitutional as the 4th amendment, like all ammendments, give allowances. In this case it is balanced against the US sovereign interests at border regions and border patrol authority within these regions has been defined as a "reasonable exception". This has been repeatedly upheld in courts although I think there was a ruling against the BP for forensic searches of electronic devices. So there are limits - obviously they can't pull you over and do cavity searches.
Step by step little by little the Gestapo secret police are established. Next step is for every one forced to carry some type of "papers" to move about the country.

If they are illegal, the have no rights under our Constitution. They are criminals and should be treated as such. The same way you would treat someone who entered your home in the middle of the night. I would shoot them. Maybe you would invite them in for a lifetime of free room and board. It’s the same principle.

As long as you are not an illegal alien you have nothing to worry about.

EVERYONE has rights under our Constitution.
And that's also not a valid comparison. Instead, it would be like what if someone from the next town over wanted to buy the house next door to you - there's nothing you can (or should) do about it. Now extrapolate - who cares if they come from the next town over, the next state over, or even the next country over? No difference.
