What a waste of time and money...What wrong would this girl do to this country. Shouldn't homeland security and people checking on visa's/green cards look better at the real dangerous people...
There is so much wrong with legal aliens and how they are treated...so IMO the USA is far away to even talk about legalizing illegals or they are at a serious risk to be taken to court....

Yes it's sad that a little girl is being uprooted from her life here in America and is being deported to Poland but, to be fair Immigration Control is upholding what they have to do.
I don't think the system is broken, it's just severely overwhelmed. We have by far the most legal immigrants of any nation on earth.
In many ways this is an excellent opportunity for this girl to learn a second language, learn her culture. Many students sacrifice to study in a foreign country so it's really not the end of the world.

Are you for real...this girls parents work over here and the father has his own business...so if he has to leave and maybe has o close his doors many Americans might loose their job! Just so a girl can learn Polish as you are stating....they have no home over there, their life is over here....maybe they can send some criminals away and leave this innocent girl over here...!
The results of an immigration lawyer snaffu. I'd imagine the family paid a hefty sum for this lawyers mistake initially...and now are paying another price. Pretty sad.

Yes I'm for real. The father knowingly broke the laws of this country when he had the girl smuggled in illegally. He chose to break the laws, he knew he was breaking the laws.
Here's another article on this case with a few more facts, not just pure emotion:
The rising sixth-grader said she's somewhat excited to make the trip, but is "also sad because of the consequences."
Her father and mother, Agnes, will accompany their daughter to Warsaw. She will stay with her maternal grandmother, Barbara Szulinska, until her paperwork is resolved.
Hubert Bledniak, owner of Tile South, a tile manufacturing company, can stay with his daughter for just a few weeks. His wife plans to stay longer and may decide to leave her job at Modavi Restaurant to remain with their daughter in Poland.
But because it's pending, Wright could not reveal specific information about the case, other than to say the main concern is ensuring the law was followed in the girl’s entry to the country.
“We shouldn’t be separated. I live here, I pay taxes and I’m supposed to be protected by the law,” he said. “I don’t feel like I’m treated as a citizen.
Of course he believes he can break the law and have relatives smuggled in but then he's supposed to be protected by the law?
In 2000, Ewelina's father brought her and her mother into the United States illegally through Mexico, Odom said. He became a lawful permanent resident in 1992 and a citizen in 2006.
In 2001, the family said it hired the first immigration lawyer to take advantage of a temporary provision in the 2000 Naturalization and Immigration Act that allowed illegal immigrants to pay a $1,000 fine and petition for legal status.
They knowingly broke the law, and they carelessly chose a lawyer when it came time to fix the way they chose to bring their daughter in. Whose fault is it they grabbed the first lawyer that came along?
Well if he did it illegal, than IMO his citizen ship should be taken away...that is a felony....
