Looking For Good BBQ (Lexington, Frankfort: homes, best, weather)

I will be in Kentucky this weekend and would love to find some good local BBQ. I will be traveling from Frankfort to Lexington via Old Frankfort Pike then running I-64e into WV. Any suggestions going that route? Thank you.

Ditto - go to Billy's. They have carry-out, dine in, or al fresco service available in pleasant weather. Good homestyle vegetables as well, along with good burgoo and cornbread plus blackberry cobbler a la mode.
