What do you mean Nostalgia? What exactly do you miss in London? Ask yourself this kind of questions , you might get the answer by yourself. Then, you know what to do.

Sounds like nostalgia to me, you're missing a very specific period in your life. Even returning to the city won't necessarily bring those days back. Although he surroundings will definitely invoke strong emotions.

When I visit America I also end up missing the place where I came from Desperately.

There is something about America that screams soulless, plastic. It might be its endless soul crushing suburbias with not a single pedestrian walking around, or the racism that gets perpetuated by the media in which humans are no longer individuals but white, black, asian people representing their respective labels, perhaps it's the fact money is more valued than community/culture/good living.

No offense to Americans, but America crushes the soul and drives its people into mental lunacy.

Is there? (You might be being a bit selective).

You hit the nail on the head. I use work at a correctional facility. When the state closed alot of mental institutions our prisons and jails starting piling up and the Polticians made it so much worse. The older officers who are strictly by the book were retiring early due to stress. And then i couldn't handle it mentally.
When i went to a hospital there were only 10 rooms or more and you had 2 weeks or else before you were thrown out. I am just very lucky i wasn't able to come back i would rather be in a straight jacket because here in America social media is deadly. If you make a mistake your all over Facebook.
