Nothing that happens in Suffolk County surprises me anymore. It's the Appalachia of NY State.

Read it - not surprised, it could happen anywhere. I'm waiting for his family to come out and say "he's a good boy", "he didn't mean no harm".

Wow, so it happens all the time here ? When was the last time this happened (apart from this guys 2nd try) at such a grand scale ? what school District ? Do you think they will jail him this time OR will we hear about a 3rd attempt soon ?

You mean like Jeffrey Conroy's dad who can't believe why his swastika tattooed son, with a horrible school record, and a violent personality was sentenced to a long prison sentenced for KILLING a man because of the color of his skin?

Exactly - because that's not justice. Justice in their view is to kill someone and let the perp go, so they can do it all over again. Sounds like the same scenario with the current guy - the first time - just a teenager prank, now "he's just acting out on his frustrations", the next time will be very real - then what?
