I dunno I kind of find it hard to believe that so much of it is coming through the walls to give you a headache.

And you said you've told him to knock it off? How did you raise this issue with the LL?

I agree with BigBlue53, sounds like a good idea to stop in your local precint and talk to the desk officer. That way they can see what type of person you are like and just how serious you are

I can understand what the OP is going through. These old buildings can have huge gaps between the floor and the walls, allowing smoke/fumes to go from one room to the next.

Depending on the building, it's likely that smoking is not allowed inside at all. Speak to your landlord or super regarding the regulations and if your neighbor is violating them. If that doesn't work, my next stop would be the police. Good luck.

You're probably gonna have to move, especially if its a big building. You can talk to the cops but they probably dont want to get involved. I hate to say this but alot of people are not really bothered by weed and cops are just like you and I.

If you're getting bad headaches, it may be a good idea to ask them to share, it would take care of that problem

It's only pot. At least they are not drinking, beating each other up and destroying the neighborhood. I'd much rather live next to some potheads instead of alcoholics.
