Asians absolutely matter but there are very few in Malverne. Certainly not enough to add to the diversity conversation yet.

Thank you for your advice as well as the previous responder who sent me great articles. Much appreciated.

I don't know enough about the district to intelligently comment, but my OPINION, is that as a buyer, I would look for the best school district I could afford. School districts sell homes and at some point if you have children you would appreciate the benefits of a good district. If you don't have kids, the benefits would come into play with the demand for your home when you wanted to sell it. Have you checked to see how long the house has been on the market? That might tell a story.
