i work in port washington, ny and live in manhattan. I need to park my car overnight in some LIRR station either manhasset, plandome or port washington.. but all these are resident parkings only..
manhasset does have non resident parking but its 6$ per day i think..
is there any other option for parking?
i need to take my car from the station to work and park overnight in station or somewhere nearby..
but i dont see any street parking.. all street parking is 30-90min from 7am to 7pm..
i wont be coming to work till atleast 9 or 9.30 am..
i could also take the mineola bound LIRR from penn station if parking is better in mineola?
just saw that the mineola parking is also 6$ per day? for short term?
oh well i dont want to pay so much in parking and my lirr pass and my metro pass.. all this added up comes to around 500$
any other options for free parking?
